Beyond eDesign​

If you are wanting a little more than what eDesign has to offer this is the place. Some ways to use this package would be if you are needing a custom design for your kitchen, bath, etc, wainscoting/trim, and more. This is where we would work together to come up with a plan for your contractor.

WHAT YOU GET - Any or all of the below.

  • Furniture Selections

  • Custom Designs

  • Paint Selections

  • Decor Essentials- Flooring, Window Tx, Art, Accessories, etc. Anything to complete the space.

  • Product Board- Where all the items suggested are put together for you to see them all.

  • Photorealistic Renders- Please note that the photorealistic render may not be the exact items as on the approved 'Product Board' but will be the correct size and similar style so you can see how your items will appear in your space. Exact items will be used when possible.

  • Electrical and Recessed Lighting Suggestions

  • Trim/Wainscoting Detail

  • Cabinet Design/Wall Elevations- Alli M Design gives approximate measurements, the contractor and/or cabinet maker will need to double check all measurements before purchase/construction and installation.

  • Contractor Packet- A packet with all the information will be sent directly to your contractor to ensure that they have all the information to properly complete the project.

  • Meetings and Samples

   * Anything you want can be included. However, if you don't want or need an option that is listed as included then it 

     will be omitted from the scope of the project.

HOW DOES IT WORK

​

1. DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE

Complete the Design Questionnaire and select all the options you are interested in.

 

2. WELCOME PACKET

A meeting will be scheduled where we will discuss your Questionnaire, the Welcome Packet, Service/Pricing/Contract to determine that we are a good fit to work together. Upon confirmation we will be moving forward, the invoice and contract will also be sent.

 

3. LAYOUT PROPOSAL

You will receive a floor plan option for the space. A list of all the items are to be sourced will be given along with the floor plan option. Please discuss the overall budget that you would like to source for all items.

 

4. DESIGN PROPOSAL

After approval of one of the floor plans and a budget has been determined we will begin designing your space. This includes cabinet design, countertop, backsplash tile, and all the smaller details. You will get PDF's with the suggested items but in-home meetings are available to discuss and see samples, if applicable.

 

5. PRODUCT PROPOSAL

You will get an initial ‘Product Board’ with all the accessory items I think fit together best. At this time you will also receive a link to a program where we will be able to easily collaborate on your project. From this point you may 'approve' or 'decline' the items that have been selected. If you decline an item please write a comment about what isn’t just right and better will be provided for you.

 

6. DESIGN PACKAGE

After approval of all the products you will receive your 'Design Package’. The 'Design Package' includes a final product board of selected items along with care instructions. The photorealistic renders of your room will also be provided.

 

7. ORDER & INSTALL

All items that have been approved will be sent to you in an easy to read shopping list (or invoice for Alli.M.Design to order). Most of the items I use to furnish are from large reputable brands such as West Elm, Crate and Barrel, and Wayfair.
